"Hosting Joseph Hieu Dinh article"
On Wed 9th September, 2009 upon invitation of Dr. Ashley Carruthers, I (Joseph) presented a lecture at Australian National University in Canberra, on the topic of "Internet II: Alternative Media," for the course ANTH1003. Part of my presentation referred to recent controversies, including that involving Don Ho, a personal friend of mine, who I interviewed on Vietlish TV earlier this year.

This superstar sensation was forced to defend himself as Anti-Communist, because yellow entertainment stars was all over his concert posters. Take a look at this:
This sort of stirred the anti-Communist extremists in Little Saigon, who threatened to boycott and protest him. He had to end up writing a letter of apology to all American-Vietnamese living in northeast USA.
And I was thinking to myself ... if yellow stars make you Communist, so is this guy:
1. Santa wears red
2. Santa has a beard. So does Lenin, Marx, and Castro.
3. Distribution of gifts means distribution of global wealth.
4. His laugh, "Ho Ho Ho" is really calling onto Ho Chi Minh (well maybe also Don Ho)
5. Rudolph is a Russian name
6. KGB also compiles a list of who's naughty or nice ("phản động")
DEFINITELY COMMUNIST.
