EVENT: Vietnamese-first Mockumentary Screening "Hot Bread Shop" 7th May, 2011

"Hot Bread Shop" was screened to an intimate community crowd at "The Shed" in the quiet suburbs of Carramar. I was quite surprised at the cultural diversity that attended this event through word-of-mouth that a film made in this area was being screened.

I am rest assured that there were bellyful of laughs caused when the character of "Kim Cuc" introduces the camera crew to her "best in town" local hot bread store.

UPDATES: This short film has been officially selected for the 2011 Colourfest Film Festival that will be touring in Australia in June/July.
